Bipolar relationship with this guy?

Well its a reacurring event. We like eachother then we get into and argument stay away from eachother for a week and he comes back and apologizes. Its happened literally like 3 times and i want it to stop. If that means letting him go please tell me so. Please give advice thanks! ;)
