Could I have blocked out trauma?

I am 14 and have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, adhd, and an anxiety disorder. I am very distant emotionally, and the thing that bother me most is my memory is VERY blurry before the age of 11. I do know and remember that I had extreme separation anxiety from the ages of 3-9. Could I of blocked out most of my childhood because of a traumatic event I don't remember
