This is a bit Cheesy, do you have any directives for this verse?

In Italy, they have caverns where they hung big blocks of Cheese, for months, to age! (Provincia di Reggio-Emilia). The cavern develops a special stream of fresh air that ages the cheese slowly. This takes months, even years to end. So they produce of Parmigiano Reggiano and others. The stream of air is called "The Cheese Breeze". True or False?
