Is there any low-income help for mental illness???? ?

Hello, I'm pretty sure I'm bipolar. I am depressed and I was wondering if anyone knows of any help in WV I could get with doctors visits or to a psychiatrist. I'm very low income and I've been suffering with depression and anxiety for many years and it's only getting worse. Please help if you can. Thanks.
