Are possible to know someone's alts in World Of Warcraft without asking him ?

cuz I met a player from another Realm in Arathi Basin & he talked bad words to me in Whisper while I was playing with my alt & he mentioned my main , I tried to connect him to ask How & why ... , but he left the BG!!
