Do you agree with the proposed reduction in eyesight requirements for UK licence holders?

At the moment, the only check made is when you take your driving test. Surely there is an argument for frequent eyesight tests to ensure that you do not fall below the legal requirement. Anything that makes the roads safer must be a good idea.
