Why does Obama promise "Transparent Government" yet censors 194 pages of his "Open Government Directive"?

because complete transparency has never been the goal for any politician ever... and while i almost always support transparency, i understand that the general public is too immature to appropriately react to a lot of the information that is withheld from us by the government.
